The hostel offered a cozy atmosphere and clean rooms. The shower had good water pressure and warm water. The staff was friendly and provided a delicious breakfast. They even accommodated our late check-in at 3am.

Plus, the travel agency downstairs made it easy to book a tour to Bromo. The shower pressure was amazing, providing a much-needed relief after a long day of exploring. The hostel also had a chilled common area and a helpful tour desk. this was one of the best hostels I've stayed at in Indonesia.

I stayed at Shelter Hostel for 4 nights and absolutely loved it! The staff, especially Boa, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hostel was always clean and the beds were spacious and comfortable. Despite not having air conditioning in the bunk rooms, the fan provided was effective in keeping the room cool. The breakfast, especially the chia pudding, was delicious. The location was great with plenty of restaurant options nearby and just a 5-minute walk to the train station.
